As we get closer to the Ariya's launch, Nissan posted this to their Instagram account:
2021 Nissan Ariya Release Date
There's no official release date for the Ariya so far. But from what I've been able to read so far, it seems like it we should expect to see it in early 2021, 2022 at the latest.
Carwow says that "The Nissan Ariya Concept electric SUV might not be in the showrooms just yet, but the depth of detail provided by Nissan suggests the car is likely to go on sale relatively soon – by 2021 at the latest."
Whatcar says that "The Ariya is expected to go on sale in early 2021"
Driving.ca wrote "I’d be very surprised if you could not buy something very much like the Ariya by 2022."
Car and Driver is a bit more specific writing that they think it could go on sale in the US in 2021 after debuting at the Tokyo Auto Show. "We expect the Ariya to go to market in the U.S. as soon as next year as a 2021 model after making its debut at the Tokyo auto show."

According to Nissan's press release, the Ariya will go on sale in Japan in mid-2021, then it will go on sale in the US and Canada later in 2021.
