WHY SHOULD I RESERVE ONE NOW?
Reserving now ensures you'll have front-of-the-line access to purchasing ARIYA, which includes news and updates about ARIYA as it becomes available.
HOW DO I PLACE MY RESERVATION?
Once you’ve configured your ARIYA, select your preferred dealer, set up an account and pay your 100% refundable deposit. Your selected dealer will work with you to confirm the details of your build
WHEN WILL PRICING BE ANNOUNCED?
Pricing will be announced spring 2022.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ARIYA?
Yes, you can customize your ideal ARIYA through the online reservation program.
WHEN WILL MY NISSAN ARIYA ARRIVE?
Your preferred dealer will be able to give you specific information about when you can expect your ARIYA.
CAN I RESERVE AN ARIYA THROUGH ANY NISSAN DEALERSHIP?
There are a select number of Nissan dealerships across Canada that are certified to sell Nissan ARIYA. During your online reservation process, we will only allow you to select a preferred dealer that is currently ARIYA-certified.
IF I CANCEL MY RESERVATION, WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation at any time and be refunded in full. Please fill out this form to begin the cancellation process: https://www.nissan.ca/reservation-change
HOW DO I FIND MY RESERVATION NUMBER?
You will receive a reservation number in your confirmation email once the reservation process is completed.
CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVED TRIM/CONFIGURATION AT ANY TIME?
If you would like to change your vehicle trim or colour, you will need to cancel your current order and submit a new order from available inventory.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO BE CONTACTED REGARDING MY RESERVATION?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you reserve your ARIYA. You will also receive regular update emails from our team regarding ARIYA's production. Once your vehicle has arrived, a dealer will contact you to complete your order.
