Possibly hold the audio power button to reset information system? That's a typical reset method, but not sure if that works for this vehicle.
I had the same thing happen to my Ariya yesterday. Could you tell me what the cause was? Did Dealer have to fix? My hubby thinks it may be a fuse, but difficult to speculate.Cameras have completely stopped working. Any ideas on fix or cause?
would also like to know if there are updates... similar thing this morning after only a few days of ownership. screen froze for a second, then black screen :/I had the same thing happen to my Ariya yesterday. thanks! same... hope it doesn't happen again.Mine apparently needed a rest overnight. It has been working fine - knock on wood.
Mine did this also. a night's rest and it reset. I can see now that the Ariya line has an issue with this. Add it to the steering wheel defect.Cameras have completely stopped working. Any ideas on fix or cause?
This might have been caused by the 12V battery dropped below some threshold. I recalled using the infortainment for almost an hour without the main power on while charging, which might have drained the 12V battery. After letting the car idle for approx 15 mins, the rear/360 camera came back. Since then, I've kept the main power on while using the infortainment, and it hasn't happened again. This just happened to my Ariya tonight - Seems to be a real problem with many reports now.
I first noticed the 360 camera frozen while backing up - This can be dangerous that you may hit something thinking the camera still working. Then the camera went black as in attached picture after several shutdown/powerup retries.
