Dear Nissan ARIYA Owner:

Please be advised that the MyNissan app, MyNISSAN Owner Portal, and NissanConnect Services will not be available beginning Saturday, 4/22/2023 at 10:00 PM CST for scheduled maintenance and updates. These digital services will return to operation after approximately 2:30 PM CST on Sunday, April 23, 2023. If you have any questions about this advisory, please contact Nissan Consumer Affairs at:

Welp, now I’m locked out of all of Nissan and can’t use my app at all—they say they can’t find the account associated with my email. <Deleted> I’m being grumpy today :)

Im pretty sure that’s a default message since everything is down. Once it’s back up it will recognize your account again. Im seeing the same thing.

Me two. I limped home today with 16%/42 miles of range left so I was going to add more time to my planned Wallbox Sunday night charge session. I added +2 hours on the Wallbox App but also need to add +2 to the MyNissan App. No-go. Can’t get on MyNISSA. I never, ever got notified about this weekend maintenance shutdown. I am calmer now. 🤯😵‍💫😔
I think the app update is regional becsuse I never received the email, and as of right now, my MyNissan app is working perfectly fine.
Why I'm relieved to have figured out to use the in car app to set charging schedule vs that app. Nissan connect seems hit n miss.
After seeing someone post on the forum of the maintenance, I went looking for the maintanence e-mail. I found it in my spam folder. I would suggest you check your spam folder and mark the notification e-mail as not spam so future notification will get to you regular mailbox.
