Im pretty sure that’s a default message since everything is down. Once it’s back up it will recognize your account again. Im seeing the same thing.Welp, now I’m locked out of all of Nissan and can’t use my app at all—they say they can’t find the account associated with my email. Jeebus, what a F-up.

Me two. I limped home today with 16%/42 miles of range left so I was going to add more time to my planned Wallbox Sunday night charge session. I added +2 hours on the Wallbox App but also need to add +2 to the MyNissan App. No-go. Can’t get on MyNISSA. I never, ever got notified about this weekend maintenance shutdown.
