Great question - I think Corporate should be the correct source to answer it, not the Dealer.
$500 in EV Credits Vs. 1-year Free Charging
When we reserved last year we were told the first 10,000 reservations got $500 in charging credits and two years of free EVgo membership. Now Nissan is offering one-year free charging to all buyers. I asked the dealer as I am pretty sure I am in the first 10k and he said "ask corporate." I called corporate and they said "ask the dealer." Anyone have any info on this topic? Thanks

Purchased my Ariya yesterday and called both EVGo and the Nissan reservation line about the free charging. Nissan said the promotion had been updated to include everyone and one year which is fine. EVGo said I will get an email from Nissan with an activation code. Has anyone received that code from either company?
I spoke with Nissan Marketing this week, they mentioned the same thing that the $500 for first 10k reservationists has morphed into 1 year unlimited charging (refer to Ariya Carefree maintenance plan). The trigger for one year is purchase date
When I asked about the activation code to enable the free charging they said still working on it. Guess regular follow up and patience are the only things we can do at this point.

I got the email from EVGo for Ariya's 1-year charging plan 2 days after purchase date.It just contained a link to Activate Now. If you already have an EVGo account, it'll automatically link when you sign in. Email subject line: Congrats!
