Talked to my dealership in Palm Springs yesterday. They said they should be receiving my Premiere edition by the end of the year (next week?)...

My # is 11223, but I don't think they're being delivered based upon that. The buyers who purchased at Tustin also had Premieres, so don't know if those are going out first? I am not sure how far in advance the dealers know which vehicles are coming, so I just follow up every few weeks. Best of luck!

Just got a call from the Palm Springs, California, dealership. They said I should be able to pick up my white Premiere edition by the weekend! Checking on cars.com, every day the web site is adding new Ariya's from all over the country to its inventory, so I guess they're posted on their just in case someone cancels...

Spoke with the manager yesterday. They are now saying Thursday (1/5). The dealership is very nice, but I realize everything is still in transition. On the plus side, I will be getting really good trade-in value with whoever I choose!

I was supposed to get it this past weekend. That didn't happen. Was then told Tuesday, then Thursday. Got a little firm with the manager and today was told it should be coming by Thursday. Apparently they are being distributed from LA. I am not sure how Nissan decides to send which vehicle to which dealership, but I reserved the Premiere...

Just spoke to Nissan Palm Springs! They said they have one coming today but it’s not mine, hopefully it’s yours!

Just got home with this puppy. They are expecting more in the upcoming weeks.

In all your new sales documents did your dealer happen to include a copy of the federal tax agreement you signed with Nissan last August?

Nope. I kept a copy and will be reviewing the IRS rules then determine if it's worth trying to claim it on my taxes.

Looks like both, but it states "portable"

What was your rate from the credit union? Duration?

I worked for a credit union for 12 years before retiring. They have the best loan rates by far. I got my Ariya loan for 2.74%.

Curious to see how your trade in goes. Guessing it’s not gonna be like last year when people were making money. Also I can’t understand why people are constantly trading in cars and buying new ones. Like geez are you really jonesin that much about having something new.

I got a real great deal on my trade in at the end of December ($5k more than expected for my RDX). The trick is to go to all the online sites, Carvana, Cars.Com, Kbb, etc. and get their bids. Then, the dealer is pretty much forced to meet or beat the price. Price offers vary weekly by thousands, so keep checking regularly.
