I picked up my Ariya Premiere on 2-15 and have been receiving an error message with the Pro Pilot 2.0. The message displays "HD Map License Expired" about 80% of the times I attempt to use Pro Pilot 2.0. The dealer has been working on the issue since 2-17 but really has no idea what the issue is. Nissan Connect Service shows I have the Pro Pilot 2.0 service. In the My Nissan app the last update was 2-16 and shows 86 miles on the vehicle however, I actually have 1200 actual miles. The 20% of the time I do not receive the error Pro Pilot 2.0 works fine. I am wondering if anyone else is having the same issue.

The My Nissan app info with the incorrect mileage is probably unrelated. That was never accurate with my previous Leaf, and it is also not accurate for my Ariya. Propilot 2.0 works fine for me, though the app only seems to know about 2/3 of our trips and mileage. It's interesting that ProPilot 2.0 works for you even some of the time - could it be that it only works on some stretches of highway and not others? I wouldn't be too surprised if there is a patchwork of licenses needed for the HD map data, and Nissan is missing some in your area.

Have you tried to do a system update and see if it’s the latest and greatest version? I posted a YT video over on the Tips and Tricks.
