The Premieres do not... I think the Bose system kicks in at the Platinum trim.Does yours have the BOSE system?
The rear camera work fine. However it will take some time for me to get used to it. I felt the objects are much closer viewing in the camera than the actual mirror.Did you get the rear view mirror-camera? I'm curious how well that looks. Also, did you find any way to change the max battery charge level?
I actually asked this question from the Nissan VP. He said the maps will be updated OTA for free for 3 years. After that, the car will let you know to start a subscription for further updates.
Does this mean PP 2.0 will continue to work with the outdated maps or it stops working altogether (or downgrades to PP 1.0/1.5)?

Agreed, but the range of view is amazing. Attached photos with and without. The rear camera work fine. However it will take some time for me to get used to it. I felt the objects are much closer viewing in the camera than the actual mirror.
I just use a usb stick or just put the music files right on my phone. Having a hard drive in the vehicle is pretty archaic. That is unbelievable? I have a hard drive with 3000 hand picked songs from when I was in Afghanistan 2009 . Does Ariya have option to download??? In my Tacoma I have XM $5 a month but it is a joke just like FM all the same songs. , I made 100 CD's random songs better than anything on xm or radio. If I could have my own music I would be set. Any ideas from anyone?? Im 66 so not so up on new technology. I know off topic of Ariya but just wondering , thanks Old Guy
The sound quality is subpar. How is the sound system? Decent quality? Cheers.
People commonly found speakers used small magnets for vehicles trying to squeeze out range/efficiency. So not having the Bose option, I would expect small speaker magnets that would improve with just a speaker swap. Also, high dynamic range music (music mixed in the 90s or earlier) probably sounds better than typical modern day radio/pop music which is highly compressed. The sound quality is subpar.
Hey guys/gals,Congratulations on your Ariya and awesome write-up! My experience is just about the same, we put 160 miles on our Ariya yesterday.
Just want to add that the ride is super comfortable and incredibly quiet - feels like I’m underwater sometimes, every outside noise is so muffled.
