I didn’t think they were actually taking orders. I thought orders closed a year ago. Did you get put on a wait list or did you actually place an order with Nissan?
I didn’t think they were actually taking orders. I thought orders closed a year ago. Did you get put on a wait list or did you actually place an order with Nissan?Just wondering if anyone here has taken delivery of an Ariya e4orce AWD yet? If so, what province are you from.
I placed my order last month with the dealership and was told, Nissan won't start building them until this June sometime. That seems incorrect to me since other countries are already receiving them.
How do you know when the vessel will be coming to Canada?Hi. My order is two years old on AWD premiere. And still waiting 😞. Numerous AWD Ariyas arriving in US now, but have not heard of any in Canada yet. Hope springs eternal. Nissan auto vessel in Vancouver April 4, and another coming.....so hoping they start coming to Canada. Polestar probably a better car, but too expensive and no rebates. Judging by US situation we will know the day before our vehicles arrive. Best of luck with a current order!
Thanks for the reply Tom. I think you are referring to this JP to NA Nissan vessel schedule. There is a member of this forum that somehow has access to the Nissan ship schedule coming to north America. The next one is Emerald Ace that is now in transit to north America and scheduled to dock at new Westminster on April 18. They typically go Japan to Vancouver area, then Tacoma USA and Los Angeles USA. You can track them on vessel finder app. There have been AWD deliveries to USA so one would expect Canada as well. Dealers seem to be completely in the dark until car is virtually on the truck at their door😄. Don't get your hopes too high. I've been waiting two years.
And hopefully a white one coming to Nebraska.Yes...that is the schedule document. Not sure how one acquires it. You would think of five vessels between now and June there would be some AWDs coming our way!
The AWD count in the US is slowly increasing, so I'm hoping Canada starts getting them soon, too.Yes...that is the schedule document. Not sure how one acquires it. You would think of five vessels between now and June there would be some AWDs coming our way!
My Evolve AWD was in Vancouver last week and probably on its way to Montreal as we speak. ETA early May.Just wondering if anyone here has taken delivery of an Ariya e4orce AWD yet? If so, what province are you from.

Interesting that they only have one at a time -- a contrast to US dealerships, where they seem to be filling up with trim levels that were not available for pre-order. But yes, the common thread does seem to be the baffling logic! My Evolve AWD was in Vancouver last week and probably on its way to Montreal as we speak. ETA early May.
I had an interesting conversation with my deal last week.
"Apparently", Nissan Canada only allow dealers to have one Ariya at a time. Only when they sell the car Nissan will ship them another one. It was a total surprise to my dealer that I was the next one to receive its order. They only delivered 3 cars since January. 2 pre-orders and 1 dealer ordered.
As we've noticed in the US, the logic behind delivery is hard to understand.
I have seen Nissan's ad on TV for a couple weeks ago during the Bluejay vs Angels game.Interesting. Starting to see dedicated Ariya ads on golf channel in Canada. Nissan Canada must be expecting some vehicles off the vessel carriers coming in May. Also interesting is that our local Nissan dealer now has a photo of an Ariya on its home page....but not listed as a model on offer! They are quite reputable and likely not interested in enticing people.....only to disappoint them with a very long wait.
I’ll take my boring white Ariya, tint the windows, and will have a sharp looking vehicle.Chuckle 🤭. Yes, amazing how personal color preference is! The NL gets many positive reviews. I'm sure you'll love it But all much better than choice of black or white! Boring!!! Here's to happy deliveries!
