Thanks. It was the light interior that was more important to us...open and airy. I'm sure the NL won't be as dark in person. I'm hoping I see more green hues than purple or black.

Yes, amazing how personal color preference is! The NL gets many positive reviews. I'm sure you'll love it But all much better than choice of black or white! Boring!!! Here's to happy deliveries!
That’s exciting news. I too am on Vancouver Island. My salesman told me there was one NL Green ahead of ours. I want to see the NL in real life. Dealer has taken our deposit but is waiting for Nissan Canada to open up “Orders” again.Talked to the dealer. The Evolve e-force's are on the truck coming to dealer. We ordered the Platinum+ which they said is the next model to come in followed by the Premiere. Looking to next month for our Northern Lights Platinum+. We were one of the first pre-orders in for the P+. Won't be long now. We're on Vancouver Island.
Yes, it is exciting news. We've been working on this since May 2021, almost 2 years. That’s exciting news. I too am on Vancouver Island. My salesman told me there was one NL Green ahead of ours. No ProPilot 2.0Hi. Out here in BC awaiting e-4orce premiere 😀. The export ban is very interesting. I've never heard of such a thing from any manufacturer. Does your vehicle have pro pilot 2.0 with autonomous driving? I was told by Nissan that Canada vehicles would not.... explaining in part the substantially lower price versus US models....and why they don't want an export rush of sorts. Also...does your vehicle have the blue suede interior?! Your thoughts on that? Colour and trim you purchased? Hope you love your Ariya! Thanks 👍
You might prefer the gauge display with the large centered MPH number, that one looks nice, there are 3 ways the speedo and power meter can be displayed. Yes almost too many, but at least there are choices. Now a proud owner of an e-4orce. Took delivery yesterday. The first in Quebec I've been told (not sure if this is true).
Initial experience is positive, being my first EV I can't really compare.
The power and quietness! I also own a Porsche but this is so different with the instant torque.
Not sure about the different screens/menus. They could have done better with this. I'll get use to it I assume. Once everything is setup, I guess I won't have to deal with this anymore.
On top of the paper I had to sign prohibiting me to export the car in the US, I also had to sign another one giving Nissan Canada the rights to use anything I write, photos, videos posted on social media, forums, etc. So I'll be careful with what I post here![]()
Luv those blue suede shoes.....or perhaps not, once I see them in real life!No ProPilot 2.0
Car is an Evolve, Gun Metallic, Charcoal interior. No blue suede shoes.
Suspension is a bit harsh with our terrible roads. Dealer set the tires at 43psi, I'll lower them to 38psi and see how it improves.
Congrats on your new Evolve. Have you had a chance to lower the psi yet? I'm really interested in how that changes the ride stiffness. No ProPilot 2.0

I see the shipping status page has been updated with Pegasus Ace coming in 5/26 and the Genuine Ace 5/30 to Vancouver. Another couple of ships coming in mid June. Hope at least one of those is carrying a lot of e-force Ariyas destined for CanadaThanks for the reply Tom. I think you are referring to this JP to NA Nissan vessel schedule.
I did some research earlier and it appeared to be matching what you mentioned above.
5/22, (5/29) and 6/8 seem to be the next few scheduled delivery....And sadly I haven't received any call from my sales to tell me that Nissan is making/shipping my car.
I guess I will just have to wait for at least 2 more months...
Not yet, but will do this weekend and report back.Congrats on your new Evolve. Have you had a chance to lower the psi yet? I'm really interested in how that changes the ride stiffness.
One of our main criteria is a comfy ride.
Great to hear you are enjoying it!Not yet, but will do this weekend and report back.
But I really enjoy the car. It's so comfortable and fun to drive.
It looks like there are 2 ports that ships are leaving from. Is the Ariya created in both or only one? Yokahama and KobeI see the shipping status page has been updated with Pegasus Ace coming in 5/26 and the Genuine Ace 5/30 to Vancouver. Another couple of ships coming in mid June. I know of one person whose Ariya showed up without any shipping notice from Nissan so I'm crossing my fingers.
The Pegasus is currently enroute to LA.
I was wondering that myself. It would make sense that the ships out of Yokahama would carry the Ariya since that port is closer to the plant. Then I thought, will maybe the ships our of Kobe also make a stop in Yokahama along the way as well. It's feasible but all conjecture on my part.It looks like there are 2 ports that ships are leaving from. Is the Ariya created in both or only one? Yokahama and Kobe
TPMS was reporting 43 psi when I picked up the car.Great to hear you are enjoying it!
I look forward to any further ride reports.
Oh that's excellent!TPMS was reporting 43 psi when I picked up the car.
Door jamb sticker says 41 psi. So does TPMS recommended pressure.
I used my Longacre racing gauge and all tires were at 45 psi cold.
Dropped the pressure at 39 psi cold this morning and went for a drive. Much better.
IMO after reading several posts 38 psi might be the ideal tire pressure. Not sure if you had followed a post by ScottishAriya? He reported and displayed the door plaque sticker on his UK issued Ariya Evolve + and over there Nissan recommends 38psi on all four tires for normal loading with the exception to increase air pressure to 44psi rear for heavy loading. Also after 7000 miles he measure tire tread wear on all tires and found they continued to wear evenly.Oh that's excellent!
We'll probably put ours down to 38 psi. Our Platinum will be heavier though so will have to see what it says on the door jamb.
Thanks for the info. I'll go looking for his posts. I was sure I'd read that UK psi was lower than ours. I thinks it's because Nissan wants to eke out all the EPA miles they can thus higher pressures in North America. I'm good going with whatever the UK recommended pressures are.IMO after reading several posts 38 psi might be the ideal tire pressure. Not sure if you had followed a post by ScottishAriya?
