Lots of posts on this forum elsewhere about standard reductions in range resulting from low temperatures and higher speeds. Expect a ten to twenty per cent reduction in range a very low temps and high speeds.

PS The reduced indicated range is not so much a degradation as it is the vehicle learning over time your typical driving habits.
