I have the Evolve+ and I have not experienced that issue with charging. When I charge to 80%, my estimated range is just over 300 miles. I also have driven the car for 16 days with numerous charging sessions.
I'm surprised that the dealer didn't suggest that you bring the car in to be looked at. Maybe call your Ariya personal assistant and see what they say.
