Hank. It’s obvious to me that @gregmooty is smitten with the Cadillac Lyriq, just as much as you are with your Ariya. I tend to agree with you that purchasing the Ariya has many physical and financial pluses going for it as you have illustrated. However, you just can’t force anyone to be passionate about the Ariya as you and I might be. So let’s just let @gregmooty move ahead with the purchase of his Lyriq and once he has had a chance to drive it for a time, perhaps he will be kind enough to return to this forum and give us his full review.😁

My problem with the GM EV is that it’s gonna be made in Mexico. I don’t buy American cars but that just makes it 100% don’t buy ever for me.

The Cadillac Lyriq is made at the Spring Hills, Tennessee plant. Perhaps you're thinking about the Ford Mach-E, which is made in Mexico.

I’m thinking of the chevy ev that will be sharing their platform with honda. I assumed that cadillac would use the same plant, but I was wrong.
