I noticed that the passenger side windows of my Ariya don't roll down completely. Did anyone else observe this? Since both stop at the same position, I assume that, for some reason, Nissan doesn't think the windows must roll down completely. (wishful thinking).

The first hint that Ariya’s rear windows weren’t designed to roll down completely was revealed to me in a CARWOW YouTube video released April 12, 2022.

I’ll check out the rear windows tomorrow. I’m not allowed to roll down the windows until Saturday because of my recent tints installed.

if the rear windows do not roll down completely, it’s because of the child safety feature that prevent the child from sticking his head out the window.

Yesterday, I took my father on a joy ride in my new Ariya. He was sitting in the back seat. He couldn’t open the rear door from the inside to let himself out. I tried unlocking from my driver’s side door switches. Nothing worked. Then, I immediately realized that the child safety door lock needs to be manually unlocked by opening the door from the outside and slide the child safety lock manually. Voila! ( I don’t have kids but I do drive a Volvo with many child safety features in Volvo).

I wonder can it be the geometry of the rear passenger doors and the rear wheel wells -- is there room for the glass to go all the way down?

I put child safety lock on Day 1, then my wife was sitting in back and couldnt get out:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: I have had Evolve+ a week now. I went to grocery store came out a guy was by my car. He asked me What is this??? He looked at interior really liked front grill lighting. He said really looked Sporty and was EYE catching. He said he would BUY one if he was looking. As he walked away he said he was RETIRED from Tesla and would take Ariya over Model Y easily. Nice Compliment from Tesla employee.:):)

I agree with you …..that’s typically the reason why rear windows don’t travel full distance In the down position.

My windows seem to go down about 3/4 no issue since I am never in the back.

The LED headlight when turned on at night is stunning. It glows pure white at night. It gets noticed.

I have had quite a few Tesla's (and VW ID4) driving up to my blindspot(s) to check out my ride either at the street lights, or during moving traffic. Some will change over to my lane and be right behind me. You think they're jealous and overpaid? Hehe
