Facing this unique problen, so wanted to check here before I head out to ariya service department.

Basically on my evening commute back from work the audio stopped working. From the dashboard console it looks like the audio is on and the stream is playing but no actual sound is coming out. I have checked and confirmed multiple times the audio is in on mode and the sound volume is way above normal. This is applicable to any kind of sound i.e. aam, fm ,xm, phone connected via Bluetooth or even the voice command prompt.

What I am not sure is if there is some kind of mute button or setting that might have gotten trigger that created this situation?

That's strange..I don't believe there is a way to mute.. but, even so.. once you increase/ decrease the volume.. the audio should return.
It can't be a blown fuse.. that would shut the audio system down. Please I would like to know what's the cause once you visit your dealer.

I had the same problem which resolved itself the next day.

Yes it went away next day. Not sure if it was software glitch that refreshed next day.

When this happened to me I changed sources (FM, AM Sirius XM,etc)) then returned to my original source and the sound returned to normal.
