I looked up B Mode on Ariya ,Regen braking, it returns energy to battery when braking which could extend range and brakelife. It all depends on your driving if braking alot. I am still not sure which is better I will have to compare when I get car. There is just to much to read so review yourself to see if my statement is correct. just another item to think about, maybe some current owners can let us know. Just trying to get as much input before arrival date. thanks
Both D and B modes provide Regen braking. I did not find much difference between both the modes. Might be B mode provides more Regen.

Personally I did not like the eco mode. I have been using standard and D mode.

I have not tried B Mode, but eveytime you apply brakes on D Mode, Regen takes place. Obviously with estep, everytime you leave the accelerator pedal, it begins to Regen and also your acceleration is slower compared. But I would like to understand more on what does B have to offer?
More Regen with e-step only or also with general braking. I drive a lot on highways at 55+ and prefer to have e-step off.
The easiest way to feel the difference between D and B modes is to drive down a hill using both the modes.
