Check with your dealer. That message can me that it's reached the port, or be an error, and it can be a while yet. Mine started showing that message a couple weeks before the car actually arrived.
Nissan portal has a glitch per Nissan they said wait for dealer to contact. My Portal said it was in 5 times?? Now I am told by dealer Feb 10th arrival and Poral just says Deliveries have started. Talk you your dealer he can give you build and delivery estimate. This problem has been mentioned previous times.
