Newbie question sorry.

I’m having a lot of trouble with people not hearingmy ariya when driving at slow speeds in places like carparks and busy streets eg like narrow streets in Cornwall UK.

is there a way of manually turning on the pedestrian alert noise that turns on automatically when you reverse?? I’ve read the manuals and it says that the noise should also happen when moving forward at slow speed but it doesn’t come on for me - unless I’m doing something wrong. Tooting the horn seems a little excessive and aggressive but people just don’t get out of tue way as they dont Hear you 🤦🏻‍♂️.

thanks

If it's the same as the US model, the noise when backing is different (more of a humy beeping) than when going forward slowly (just a low hum, similar to what Toyota Prius makes). The backup one is definitely louder, so I could see where the forward one would be less audible in a confined street in a city.
As to your question, I don't think that's currently possible.

In one of the Nissan videos available online (the one that explains the VSP), it says that if the volume level needs to be increased to visit a service center. So it sounds like it may be possible, but not so simple as just finding it in a software menu. Welcome to the forum! 😄
