InsideEVs has a great list of cold weather driving tips for EVs. Some of these also apply to ICE vehicles but are still a good reminder.

Getting your EV ready for winter

• Use proper winter tires
• Check tire pressure and fill
• Disable auto folding side mirrors
• Set regen braking to low or reduced
• Lift wiper blades before snow

Minimizing the loss of range

• Slow down and don't accelerate quickly
• Use heated seats/steering wheel and less on cabin heater
• Use eco mode
• Preconditioning
• Park in direct sunlight if possible
