We know the Europeans are receiving or have received their vehicles. Was there communication silence, like here in the US, before they received their cars? Did Nissan Europe or the dealers there let the reservists know where their cars were or when exactly they were going to get them? Obviously, it seems that the US is on communication lockdown. I was just wondering was Europe the same way. Thanks!

Europe has a slightly different dealer model than either the US or Canada. Europe didn't use a direct reservation model, just an order from the dealership from my understanding.

I'm from Spain. I made a pre-order for NISSAN ARIYA on May 26 through the website NISSAN.ES . I was assigned an order code and I linked it to the dealer, which is located in my city. Then I found out from the dealer by the order number all the details of the order, the delivery time and at what stage of production the car is. Thus, the order number assigned to me was entered into the NISSAN production system and allowed me to find out all the information about the car and the production time.

If you don't mind, do you get the car at MSRP price and how much? I heard someone mentioning that, in Austria, Ariya Evolve+ is ~$65k Euro, while Model Y LR is ~$60k Euro and Model Y Performance is ~$66k Euro.

Thanks for the quick and informative response. Looks like VAT is a big additional cost - We don't have it here in the US, but local sale tax + destination charge and misc. will be added.
