Digging through all the menus, can someone help me figure out how to connect the car to wifi? It should be easy but I can't find it =(

Since we live in a complex, the car is many floors down in the structure so it can't access XM Sat for signal and the clock resets to 12:00 when we power on till we drive out and get signal again... and it's totally confusing since it'll say charge will complete by this time - which is based on the 12:00 new time... who would have thought things would be so complex...

I had the same problem with my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. The clock was synched to the GPS signal clock. I have a TOU (time of use) rate plan and often times the scheduled charging didn't run because the clock wasn't getting the GPS signal. Many people on the forums had problems charging in underground parking or other situations where the GPS signal was not available for as little as 5 minutes. Forum members like myself questioned why the clock couldn't keep running independently until the GPS signal was available again.

Under settings menu, do you not have the 'Clock' option? There is a setting to allow manual setting of the clock.

Not enteirly sure of your issue if I'm honest, if your WiFi is listed, touch it to connect, then enter your WiFi password. If the car can't see your WiFi then you won't be able to connect.

If the clock is syncing to GPS or XM-Sat then you will need to set your clock manually as it won't see it underground, but I would also expect the clock to continue to be a clock even when it can no longer 'see' its time reference. It would then re-sync to the GPS or XM-Sat next time it has a view of the sky.

(oops reply was meant for OP!)

Ok thanks! I went there, then push the Wi-Fi button, it says if I connect to Wifi it will disable the hotspot, I say yes and unfortunately it won't see any networks...

I've moved to car around to where my phone can see other networks, but still nothing. Looks like I'll call the dealer to see...

Awww, you're right, there was a setting under clock for manual. Thanks, looks like that will fix it!

Also for some reason now the Wifi also works so I can connect =)

How much did you pay for a licensed electrician to install your 240W outlet?
