Dealer without mark up for preorder Ariya

People are talking about Markups so I contacted my dealership in Fremont yesterday again. When I reserved I actually went to store and did with my dealership guy together on the screen. On that day he told us if you reserved the car there is ZERO Markup. After seeing posts I got little nervous so I checked him by text and he still confirmed the same thing which I reserved not buying later when everyone comes so ZERO !!

Did you get a written agreement?

I also, after reading all of the issues here, got my dealership to confirm no markup over MSRP and no required dealer-installed options, in writing. From the nature of the conversation, that's their standard policy all the time.

So just visit them to make sure they write it for me right ?? What kind of form is that ?
