I signed the binding agreement on 08/15/22, but I don't get any acknowledgment or copy of the binding agreement or email confirmation in August 2022.
Does anyone get any acknowledgment? Also, does anyone get the binding agreement copy from Nissan?

Nissan did not provide a copy of our signed binding agreement. Most of us only received an email confirming that we had signed the agreement. However I also took a few screen shots of the Nissan agreement once I had completed their form and before I submitted the completed form to Nissan last August.

Thanks, EarlyEVadopter. I did not get any email confirming that I signed the agreement. But I have the copy of the agreement downloaded before signing. Not sure if that holds good for IRS :(

Did you happen to take a screen shot of your original email that listed your reservation number the day you reserved the Ariya? If so I would think that if you kept a copy of that and you were audited the IRS would soon get the message that you were seriously committed to buying an EV prior to 8-16-22. Honestly, my personal belief is that the Biden administration has likely anlready instructed the treasury department not to hassle transition rule EV buyers unless it appears there might be indicators of outright fraud. Not to get political here, but the reason I don’t think the IRS will hold many EV transition rule buyers fingers to the fire is because Joe Manchin forced his will on many democrats including Biden to accelerate the EV transition period in the IRA legislation. Obviously this legislation passed into law anyway, but like much legislation there are often flaws. IMO the unrealistic transition period for EV manufacturers and buyers in the IRA legislation is one of its biggest flaws.
