15% is not low. Hopefully dealership can perform some troubleshooting.
There’s no issue with the Ariya even if you drop it below 5%. I would say it’s not the Ariya but the charger itself. What Level 3 charger brand did you used? EVGO? If something like this happens again, simply go to another charger and don’t use the one that kicked you off after 2 attempts. Ask your Nissan Service Dept to use their Level 2 and see if there’s any issues. I would say probably not.Have had my 2023 ARIYA engage for two weeks. Tried taking it to a level 3 charger for the first time and after about 4 attempts where it would charge for 30 second and then fail the car would not longer start saying “EV system off”. Battery was at 15% with approx 33 miles of range left. Screens and everything inside still worked. Had to get it towed back to the dealership where the service department currently doesn’t have any answers. Any ideas what this error is or what causes this? Is 15% essentially dead and I should not have let it get that low?
