Had a question on how to activate the Evgo free charging plan. I had evgo account long time ago when i had nissan leaf, did not use it very much. Once i got my Ariya, i went to the site and added the vehicle using the VIN, how do i verify my one year free charging plan is active, there is not indication or visual clue on the evgo Site? I also did not receive any evgo welcome email. Is there anything that i am missing?

Do you have the EVGo app? If you do then you can go to the menu and check "Plans" and if the Ariya free charging is active then it should have an entry at the top that says "Nissan Unlimited for Ariya" and it'll list the validity dates. I have that on the app - not sure if it shows up on the website too in your profile.
