A while back a dealership nearby (not the one I got my car from) had a promotion attached to Leaf ads for free oil changes for the life of the car. I guessed it was either a joke or someone being cheeky...

The local dealership said they would provide free gas for the Ariya.

I like my Forester getting gas at Sam's as the tank is on the right side, and not stuck in the long line. I can just zip past other cars. After getting the Ariya, I kept thinking, which side I had to stop at Sam's to get gas now? Then it hit me, duh!!! We used to go to Costco but get gas at Sam's, driving the Ariya, my spouse asked me today, don't we need to stop at Sam's to get gas.. hmm...

Stopped last weekend to fill the tank in one of the cars used by the kids and realized it had been over two months since I had last gotten gas... I really don't miss that!

My kid said her friend's mom taught the friend how to get gas but they didn't care b/c in a few years they'll drive spaceship... kids
