In case anyone is searching for floor mats that's made for the Ariya. I found exactly one on Amazon after putting in a search. Here it is...

I was skeptical, but it is a nice addition to the car. A little on the expensive side, but less than Tesla floor mats.

I asked personnel assistant for a set they said purchase send them receipt then I got a check in mail.

I received check last week ,my Personnel Assistant just said send copy of receipt. Nissan Folsom,Ca. was higher than most dealers $167 for All Weather Floor Mats. I would never had paid that price...FREE. just ask

I DID ask my personal assistant, twice, for rubber floor mats. They outright refused me. And I still don’t have a tumbler

Are you one of the reservationists? IMO, if not, they might use that excuse..
I wonder if any of you have the same personal assistant? I hope it's a real person and not a bot? I'm not familiar with that practice!

If anyone is interested, I still have my brand new Ariya carpeted floor mats in seal plastic bag. The color is charcoal. It has the Ariya name on the mats. It was listed as mfgr add on for $230+ tax. Since I received the rugged rubber floor mats from Tustin Nissan for free, I don't need these carpeted floor mats that I paid for.

I will sell them for $180 which includes shipping.

I am a reservationist, so the experience was disappointing. I‘m pretty sure that there isn’t one person, just whoever gets picked to answer the call/email when it comes in. I might try calling some time.

I looked at my sticker price list and it showed I paid $250 for the carpeted floor mats + first aid kit. I mistakenly said $230 but I will honor my selling price at $180 with free shipping for the time being. First offer gets it. Otherwise, I will post it in classified for $200 with free shipping down the road

I did not tear the plastic bag apart since I wanted to sell it as new unopened. There are 2 pieces (long pieces) for front and back. If anyone insist that I open up the bag knowing you will buy it, then I will open the bag.
