Anyone notice how the first 2% of their 63kw battery is depleted within the first half mile? I’m not complaining about low economy, I’m getting well over the 210 miles my battery is rated. It just seems strange, I don’t pre-warm the car or race out of the driveway and the temps are in the high 50’s and I have the cabin heater off.

Yes, it is what it is. You have to drive it around to recalibrate the mileage range.

My Evolve+ shows 316 miles of range at 96% charge. Just driving off the lot, it recalibrates down to 312 miles, etc etc

I found the same thing happened with the Leaf's I had.

i just seem to start out down 2% before I get off my street. The car doesn’t seem to be calculating right. I can see the mileage fluctuating but, not the %. I’ve owed a couple EVs, never seen that.
