Congrats! How does the reservation/ordering process go in Finland? How long does it take and were you able to confirm your final configuration before the car is built and shipped?

The order process for this car is not usual.
I agreed to buy the car at the beginning of October 2022 - this car was already coming to Finland or the car was already in the country.
This car was coming to the dealership as a showroom car. If I or someone else hadn't bought the car, then it would have been taken to Norway and sold there.
Therefore, I have not been able to influence the final configuration of the car.

Thanks for the information. Your process is similar to purchasing an existing car from a dealer in the US. However, Ariya is not yet physically available for sale in the US, so the only process is by reservation on the Nissan USA website or with a dealer - What not clear are whether we're able to lock in our configuration before the car is produced, and when the car is to be produced and shipped.

This car of mine is probably the first delivery to a customer here in Finland, or at least customers don't have many of them yet.
In Finland, the prices were announced and the ordering process opened in May-June 2022, if I remember correctly. The ordered cars will start being delivered sometime in the beginning of 2023.

The Ariya delivered on Monday. I'm satisfied

The winter tires are Michelin X-Ice Snow SUV (studless) - the same size as the summer tires 20".

Are these custom wheels that you bought? I have not seen these in any pictures before. Congratulations.

After looking again, it seems the other pictures do not have the wheel covers installed, so it looks different than it normally does.

Hi everybody,

I order NISSAN ARIYA 63kWh Advance 2WD 20"alloys 22kw charger (same color, copper/black, as you infinity) in 23th, Dec 2022 (my Christmas present)

Dealer says at delivery time is about 4 to 6 month.

Anyone knows how well it holds? Or how long You are waiting you own Ariya in Europe / Finland.

Although the contract was signed in July, it has not been delivered yet. I expect it to be delivered in January or February

My last information the delivery schedule is about 6 months.
The delivery of my car is not a normal case, because the car was already in Finland - I wrote in more detail earlier..

I made the first modification to Ariya. In Finland and Europe, the front Nissan logo is not illuminated (blocked by software), but all the wiring can be found.
Now I also have an illuminated Nissan logo on the front when the car is powered on.
