I can’t get to the “charge time screen”. It is not very obvious from the following picture, but the bullet is always greyed out (or dimmed out). This happens during charging.

Any one know what cause this? Thank you in advance!

I think it's best to use your NissanConnect app to schedule your charge time.

Is it still unselectable when you are actually charging the car?

That's right. It's likely that I am doing something incorrectly, but I don't know what that is.

For some reason I couldn’t get to it yesterday on the car itself either.
There was also an outage on the app almost all day yesterday so I couldn’t check my level when charging at the local Volta charger.

I see this text from from the UK Ariya manual "While charging, the scroll dial cannot be operated to switch to the "Charge Time Screen" menu." Not sure if this explains why it is greyed out in your case, there are differences in the mus systems across countries.

What do you see when you select the little car icon with the silver select buttons on the left spoke of the wheel? I have to confess I did not immediately realize you have to select this then use the scroll wheel itself to scroll between Battery Capacity, Tyre pressure & the Charge Time (Est.) screens. See pics & apologies if this is too obvious (wasn't to me).

Wow! That is it! Silly me - I was looking under the logical place “charge time screen”. Your explanation is so clear even I understood it. Thank you so much. Next time when I watch a football game involving Netherlands, I will root for your country!

No problem, & feel free to support the Dutch (I'm not Dutch & trying to preserve some anonymity...)
The menus are a bit, well, involved, but the good news is I figured out how to get the clock on the driver side display & hence also on the Charge Time screen. Wish I'd known that before I did this DC Charge Rate , having to work out the times from the minutes/seconds played versus the video timestamp. I'll know next time.

Thanks! I found out I turned off that screen in the settings by accident.
