Yes. I'm not sure about climate control specifically as I've not seen a widget for that one and there's a dedicated page for it already, but you can customize which widgets are shown, and to some degree, how big they are.

Don’t own one yet, but was wondering if it is possible to change the display of the infotainment system so different items are shown as default (e.g., climate controls and radio)?
