Is there a way to permanently turn off speed limit warning?

The Ariya has a feature displays the speed limit in the dash and HUD, along with blinking the sign for a few seconds if the speed is exceeded.

There's an option to turn off the blinking / speed warning but it seems to turn back on every time the car is turned off.

Is there a way to persist this setting?

if you have any specific questions, you can ask this YouTuber. He’s very knowledgeable about Ariya. He engages with his audience with Q&As. Please share with us with your findings on this forum so we can learn too.

The online manual shows this, not sure if that's what you are doing already. Maybe you have to set a drive profile.

Thanks for the info. This setting is for adjusting the speed when using cruise control. When the speed limit changes and the Speed Limit Assist is set to Auto, the target cruise speed automatically changes to match the new speed limit. When set to Manual, the dash will show a prompt to ask if you want to update the cruise speed to match the new speed limit.

The speed limit warning is another setting - it's in Driver Assistance > Traffic Sign Assist. I tried multiple times to turn this off, but it seems that this setting resets to "On" after the vehicle is turned off.
Just got my Ariya this week and can confirm. The flashing traffic sign warning keeps resetting itself after the car turns off. It's annoying as hell because I often drive through school zones that are inactive and it keeps warning me that I'm speeding.

Same issue for me, 2023 Empower+. You can successfully turn it off on the HUD, by turning off the Speed Limit Sign feature, but the Warning will still blink on the dash. This is definitely a bug in the software. Let’s hope Nissan fixes this, super annoying!
