Most are coming with floor mats. (My Evolve+ came with them.) When you get your personal assistant assigned, you should ask that person about the floor mats.
Did your sticker list the floor mats as an added option? Now that it came up, a former car salesman friend told me most cars don't actually come with mats from the factory and they're usually added by the dealer when the car is ordered. Having said that, to satisfy my curiosity I checked the old window stickers from my Nissan GT-R and Armada and both of them list carpeted floor mats as a dealer add-on but my cheaper Scion FR-S doesn't and yet it came with them. My Ariya's sticker doesn't list any options other than the two-tone paint. So maybe it's a Nissan thing to expect the dealer to throw them on?Most are coming with floor mats. Yes, my sticker listed them as an added option, and they got added onto the price. They've been an added option for the other cars I've bought too, but one I always want and that isn't very expensive. I'd have been annoyed if they weren't there! Weird that they would be there for some and not others. Hopefully you can get them to fix it.Did your sticker list the floor mats as an added option? This is one of those weird things you take for granted until you notice they're not there lol.
I'm surprised to hear this! The manager at Premier Nissan told me that it doesn't come with floor mats, carpeted or the plastic weather type. He was surprised that the vehicle didn't come with the carpeted type, which typically come with any new vehicle. The carpeted mats are not available from Nissan (per my check last week). I bought the plastic weather mats from the service/parts department for about $160. I'll ask my personal assistant on this matter. Most are coming with floor mats. (My Evolve+ came with them.) You didn't dream that, I remember it said "available" Premiere floor mats... From the window stickers I've been able to look at, the mats are added in for some trim levels, but it has been hit or miss with the Premiere. Several fortunate reservationists have reported that mats have been supplied free of charge, but not sure if they were the Premiere badged ones. When you are contacted by the personal assistant, perhaps raise the issue. It sounds like there have been mixed experiences here upon delivery. I may be misremembering... but weren't floor mats listed as one of the special features of Premiere? I seem to recall seeing that in the "compare trims" option and descriptions when the reservation site was open. It's been so long, though, did I dream that?
And then when Nissan launched the full line, it seemed like the only things that distinguished the Premiere from the Empower+ were a few accessories - like illuminated kick plates, the copper hub caps, and Premiere badging (mats, too?)... giving the Premiere a slightly higher price than the Empower+ even once the reservationist MSRP discount was factored in.
I also got a Premier without floor mats... You can reach out to your ARIYA Personal Assistant, and they should ship a complementary set to your dealership. So I finally picked up my Ariya Premier yesterday after having to wait a couple of weeks to get back from an overseas trip. Car's been great so far but after checking all over it I didn't find a set of floor mats inside. The dealer thought that was odd too apparently and asked when it was delivered and supposedly were told they didn't come with the car. Every car I've ever bought always came with a standard set of floor mats including cheap ones like my Honda Fit and Scion FR-S. It's not a deal-breaker of course but it seems like an odd omission for a supposedly higher-end vehicle like the Ariya and is a bit of a minor hassle since now I'll have to order a set myself and wait for them to arrive before removing the plastic from the carpet.
Have other owners been told the same?
Thanks for the info. I tried to find documentation from Nissan that says the Ariya Premiere floor mats were included as standard or not and so far the only thing I've found is the spec list in the press kit that shows an entry for "Carpeted Floor Mats, Premiere Edition" for $230 - implying they're an extra cost option. Since it looks like some people have gotten them for free I guess I'll have to talk to the Personal Assistant and see what they say.I also got a Premier without floor mats... Here's the rep that called me:

If it helps any, it looks like people that received their car with mats were charged ~$200 for them. People that didn't get the mats at delivery are getting them for free.
I never got a call but I did get an email about 3.5 weeks after purchase date. I would call if you need anything, they're more responsive over the phone - it took about 2 days for them to email me back. Thanks for the info. How long did it typically take for other owners to be called by the Personal Assistant? I just officially completed my purchase this Saturday so I assume it'll be another day or two at least
I got a Premier as well and mats were not included, although I recall when we reserved “special kimuko mats” (they didn’t say they’d be an add on). When I picked mine up, the dealership manager told me “I let Corporate know there is no way I can give a customer a $50k car with no mats.” He said “ I added them for your for free.” Been really pleased with my Palm Springs dealership. So I finally picked up my Ariya Premier yesterday after having to wait a couple of weeks to get back from an overseas trip.
