Congratulations and welcome to the forum! Still waiting for the Premiere I reserved, but kind of glad it's not here yet because of the weather! 😆
Congratulations and welcome to the forum! Still waiting for the Premiere I reserved, but kind of glad it's not here yet because of the weather! 😆I received my Ariya Evolve + one week ago... so far so good, despite terrible weather conditions up here in the Great White North.
Grey with Black trim. Replaced my 2019 Leaf SV Plus. Night and Day difference!

Hi! Is your evolve the boulder grey that was at Kelowna Nissan? I have a reservation on premiere AWD there and waiting patiently 🙂. According to KN my reservation and yours were the first two in for that dealer. We are in Coldstream. Mark let us sit in that lovely vehicle! Will love to hear more about your experience. 30 percent battery loss at minus 17 Celsius sounds about right from what I have heard. A real downside of BEV in the Great WhiteThanks guys.... trying not to take it out, since no snow tires at this point. Will pick those out next fall. We are getting 25cm of snow here in Vernon BC over the next 24 hrs, so it's staying in the garage until the roads clear, but drove well last week. The range was down approx 30% from expected while the temperature was -17 celsius. Haven't charged it yet out and about.
Build date: 10/22
I did have my preorder in within 30 minutes of the announcement way back when.
Neat! When I get (if?) mine we can get together and compare notes. I think yours is the first in the Okanagan. How was the pick up experience? That's my girl! We named her Midori, which is Japanese for "Green"
I'm a retiree and need to get with the new world. 😀. What is ceramic? A protective finish? Dealer do it? And 3M....is that fabric protection? PS thanks for leaving in the showroom for a bit....allowed my wife to confirm vehicle is good for her as well. She was concerned she wouldn't be able to read the electronic dash! Mark said KNissan expecting two more evolves in next few weeks ....might actually get a test drive.Couldn't have been better... arrived Feb 1 but decided to leave it in the showroom until the 21st hoping the roads would dry up. Mark was totally fine with that. Also gave them time to get the splash guards, floor mats etc in, and get the ceramic done. I had Sheldon at IQ do the 3M. Perfect job, as always.
I'm the opposite, waiting for more Evolve+ coming in.. 2 dealers that I've been talking to, each has 2 premieres on the lot. Apparently some have cancelled the reservation.. It's TX, so we love big gas guzzling here more than EVCongratulations and welcome to the forum! Still waiting for the Premiere I reserved, but kind of glad it's not here yet because of the weather! 😆
There are maps that exists, as GM has coverage in Canada, but there are extra sensors in the front of the car. We don't know if they are on the Canadian cars, and possibly they exchanged the cost for other features like the Bose audio, which is only on the most expensive US model. One thing I have not seen discussed in this forum is the coverage for propilot two in Canada. I have seen a map of highways in the US where propilot two works...but not for canada. What is required? Superior gps mapping? Well maintained road lines?
Anyone know our there?
Please read post #5.The 3M is also a transparent protector for the whole frontal area of the car which protects against rock chips. Do it to all my cars and mountain bikes...

PPF/Tint
Just dropped off my Ariya for PPF install and tint. The shop mentioned that they won’t do the film over the kumiko pattern grill since there may be radar sensors in there that could be obstructed. They were right, had to look it up in the manual. They also confirmed they don’t have a template...www.ariyaforums.com
Interesting… whole front covered. I have not noticed any issues. The installer had a template in his databasePlease read post #5.
