If they started the reservation numbers at 10,000 maybe they will only took 30,000. My dealer said they are significantly scaling back Leaf production for the Ariya. Maybe all reservations will get the full $7500k tax credit!

I would suspect they are going to send most to Europe, since the Leaf is more popular there and they have more model options available.

There were less model options opened and they chose to remove one of them. We only have:

FWD small battery (with sunroof as option)
FWD big battery with all the toys
AWD big battery with all the toys

They removed the performance version of the AWD and offered everyone who ordered it a discount and the option to add the wheels and interior like the performance model.

Sadly in the UK propilot 2.0 is not legal yet so i dont think they are putting the equipment needed into the cars.

I think you still can choose the interior material and color in the large battery models? Black, grey or, blue. In the US the interior depends on the trim and color, no choice. Though there are 4 trims with limited colors, all large battery, and AWD is the full power most expensive model.

My reservation number is ~18,000. I read somewhere that res# started at 10000. Is that correct as in I am ~8000 spot in the list or ~18,000 as the reservation indicates. My reservation is for Nissan ARIYA VENTURE+, FWD. The email states I can change reservation/dollar at any time. Will that affect delivery times? I am in MA. Any idea on which dealers will honor MSRP without dealer add-ons or markups. Appreciate any info. Thanks.

I was told by my dealer in the UK that if we change anything on the order it becomes a new order and the old one gets scrapped. We were looking to swap our colour to the 2-tone blue but we dont want to delay the order so we will stick to the gunmetal we ordered.

My understanding is that in the US, you can change your options until the production order is final without losing your reservation #. I changed my color once (online) and still kept the same reservation #. This was a few months back.
