I have a Platinum+ reservation and would like to register for a "Ride and Drive" but have not received any e-mail. The event is about a month away - how early do they send out the codes?

My understanding is that if you're registering for an event that's more than two weeks away, they'll ask you for a registration code to give the folks who've reserved an Ariya an opportunity to sign up ahead of people without a reservation.
Once you're less than two-weeks out, it becomes a free-for-all based on however many open time slots are still available.
Sign up early if you've got an Ariya on order!

After clicking the link I was able to sign up for a Drive and Ride event. I have a reservation but have not received an email from Nissan. Once I filled out the form (without a "Reservation Code") and hit the submit button I did receive an email with: "Congratulation on reserving your 2023 Nissan ARIYA, and now congratulations on securing your spot at our Ride and Drive event ..." Totally excited to get in the car to experience how I fit. My contact info may have clued them in that I am truly a reservation holder.

Just got my email invite for the PDX Ride and Drive event. For reference, my Ariya pre-order reservation number is 211xx. I chose the ProPilot experience, just like the video above - but that looks kinda silly. Not interested in self-parking. Interested in self-driving, but it can't do that in the parking lot. Given that ProPilot 2.0 hands-off driving is all pre-mapped and only available on certain "approved' highway segments, obviously my big question is going to be "Will you show me the full ProPilot 2.0 approved highway map?". I'm sure the answer will be "we don't have that yet"; so then the question will be "When will it be ready?"

This overall map concept isn't any different than Ford's BlueCruise or Chevy's SuperCruise - but they already show their "approved" highway maps; whereas Nissan hasn't yet - which is just another in an increasingly bothersome list of issues that continue to subvert my interest in the Ariya, pushing me towards one of Ford or Chevy's options.

I specially chose the Platinum+ trim level for my Airya preorder because I want the hands-off highway driving capabilities that ProPilot 2.0 promises. If that feature isn't available when I purchase the car, should I just trust that it will eventually become available and it will work well enough to be worth the extra money that I paid for it? Would you?

A question for those who have already participated in the Ride & Drive event.

Were you able to get one time slot for you and a second time slot for your partner the same day?

It would be nice to to select one option for me, and the other option for my hubby if possible.

Greeting,
I will be attending the test drive event next month with pro pilot 2.0 experience. They allow two additional adults to join the event. Anyone had experience with that? Was it informative? Which model I would be likely trying? Premier?

Reading this thread just reminded me to check my junk box which had the invitation delivered on 7/13 (for San Mateo). Was only able to book the consumer experience since ProPilot2 exp was full already. I reserved the Platinum trim but mainly for the performance...would have been nice to experience the level 2 autonomous driving capability...oh well
