I have noticed that nissan connect app is not showing the correct status today and observed the data link is disabled as shown in the attached picture. I tried resetting the nissanconnect services settings but was unsuccessful.

Is there an outage/others experiencing the same?

It's been a few hours since you posted this, but I just checked mine this morning and it's working okay.

I am having the same issues and can't figure it out!
I have an appointment with the dealership next week. Seems like this is a common issue with Leafs as well. Probably need to do a hardware/software reset.

I've had similar symptoms with my 2018 and 2020 Leafs.
I don't know about Ariyas; but, the Leaf nav system can be rebooted/reset by pressing the audio volume button for 12sec+. The screen will go black for a few seconds and then it'll display the Nissan logo and reboot. Once this starts you can release the volume button. I have to do this about every week or two. A clear indication is that the nav symptom voice instructions stop.
Same, I’ve been unable to connect for the last few days.
I tried resetting the infotainment system couple of days back but it didn't work. I noticed the nissan connect services are back working this morning.

Still not working for me. I did try to reset it as well, but it didn’t work.
