Hi, I'm evalueting to buy Nissan Ariya and i would know if it has following feature:

Is It possibile to interrupt the Charge of the battery when the level reaches, for example the 80%,using the infotainment? Thanks

Not currently. Nissan claims it's not necessary due to the buffer they already build into the charging logic, but it's a setting I'd still like to have and I hope they reconsider.

So, you are telling that, in Nissan opinion, I can recharge my Nissan Ariya always at 100% because there is a buffer, without damage battery life?

That's what the help line people say, and what my dealership says. If enough people call and ask though, maybe they'll put in the feature to limit it.
