I took delivery this morning and find out there is no spare tire in it. The sales agent told me the vehicle came like that.
Does any one checked if they got a spare tire?

Very few cars from any manufacturer comes with spare wheel !!! Cost / weight saving exercise . Tyre inflator & sealant in trunk
I don't think any EV comes with spare tire, basically none.

Sorry Ford F150 Lightning does, but that's a full sized truck. Rivian has an optional spare, also a truck.

Sorry- No spare tire on the Ariya as standard equipment. However, for those interested in exploring the addition of a spare tire for their Ariya - check out Alex on Autos video dated October 4,2022 and titled ”The Ariya Is The Cushy Quiet EV Shoppers Have Been Asking For” About 8:33 in this YouTuber removes a huge piece of foam where the spare is located on most SUVs. This foam spacer has little use other than featuring a can if fix a flat and a circular cavity that may enclose a sub-woofer on some of the top trim models. Once the spacer is removed a sizable cavity appears that seems large enough to store a spare tire. I’m going to explore this cavity for spare tire fitment once my FWD Evolve + arrives.
Regardless, all bets are off that this cavity will be accessible for the E4orce models or any FWD fitted with the upgraded Bose sound system .

I would purchase the donut (mini) wheel small tire (these r used to hold you over already on many cars)if it would fit. My thought is if I were traveling some backroad late in the night you are stuck with NO tire stores open even with towing. If I was on a long trip getting a flat outside normal hours should not be a concern for me. Other issue would be no Jack to lift car to replace tire. If car comes with 3yr free towing ,also I have AAA towing I would depend on them to change flat. Leaving off spare tire makes no sense to save a few $$. Amazon has Dorman 926-021 says it fits Kia and Hyundai ,Donut tire $145 and scissor jack $30 NOT!!! sure if this would fit Ariya . Another option I would probaly do is just carry donut hole on trips over 60 miles, Any Thoughts???
The added weight is the most significant factor for not adding spare tire and associated jack equipment. Including these would have a noticeable impact on range, which remains a chief detriment towards wider EV adoption.
Also, EV tires are different than those on standard autos. EVs are heavier than their ICE counterpart and tires literally carry the brunt of it. Best not to have include anything but your phone to call should you ever need roadside assistance.
For what it’s worth I’ve been driving an EV for nearly 10 years and only once needed roadside assistance. This was because another car hit me. EV are reliable. They have less things to break (no muffler, generator, catalytic converter, belts or hoses, etc).

Appreciate input, thanks maybe Im overthinkinking it
I've never had a car without a spare, which makes it slightly uncomfortable, but I'm going to live without. In 30 years of driving, I've used the spare tire once. At this point, it's kind of like carrying spare belts, plugs, or other things like that.

I respectably disagree with a few points you are making here. Sure weight is a factor, but 30 -35 added pounds for a donut spare, jack, and lug wrench ? - That’s pretty negligible. Poor Coefficient of drag -( wind resistance ) is an EV’s biggest enemy as far as having a measurable impact on range is concerned. As far as the added weight of a spare and tools taking it’s toll on the suspension, tires etc..Heck I can gain 30 -35 pounds myself during the holidays. LOL
FYI - you can’t assume that EV’s are absent of all similar ICE vehicle components such as cooling hoses. I have replaced two cooling pumps and their supporting hoses on my own EV . I have been driving and maintaining my EV since I ordered new in 2010.
So in closing I see the desire to carry a spare tire in an EV as a personal choice with more upside than down. Regardless I am not willing to bet on my cell phone to bail me out in the event that I get a flat tire in my EV when driving through a region with no cell service.

According to the Alex on Autos video, he found a bolt down hole under the foam, which may support a spare tire. Currently that is unconfirmed though, but if so then it would fairly easy to add.
Just drove Ariya and looked under rear hatch mats there is a round slot for donut tire but it still looked small will have to measure. There was also mini compressor with flat/fill stuff. When car arrives I will measure dimensions for donut tire under mat in back to see if might work.

Sorry -no spare tire offered for any Ariya trim levels. Check out some earlier posts n this thread for a possible retrofit solution.

I am so disappointed with Nissan.

I didn’t get my 1240 rebate. Nissan said I will have to wait 8 weeks.
