I haven't been active for a bit as there has been no news to post until today, and all it really did was to add frustration......I reserved in 11/22 #125xx for a Copper/Black Premiere FWD (long range , charcoal interior) and after being told that it was in production/complete in January 2023, I today noted that the Dealer (Alan Webb, Vancouver, WA) shows 30 Ariya's mostly in stock., including mine.....turns out when they say stock, not so much as the latest "story" is that mine is now on the Boat and I can expect it on April 23rd.........When I told the salesman that the boat only takes 7 days, he started to talk about truck driver shortages, and log jams at the port...... Anyway, I was encouraged that I at least got a copy of the VIN and that the Dealer who normally shows around 10 Ariya's (i've never actually seen more than one there) now shows 30, including showing mine in stock. The salesman did say that I'd be their first reservationist to process so bring any paperwork with me as he feigned no knowledge about processing the MSRP discount or the deposit... Thanks to the forum for those prior instructions....
Anyway, thought I'd at least pass this along. Sounds like early summer for me.......maybe.....

That's great news! Long overdue, of course, but glad that you'll be able to take delivery soon. I'm also waiting on a copper Premiere, but I confess I'm interested in the Platinum AWD, too.

I am very excited, as this is our first electric vehicle and after driving at the Portland test drive and once at the Dealer am very impressed, so yes, super excited. That said, though had never before now waited so long for a car.....I guess it's getting used to the "new realities"....My neighbor told me about his friend that just took delivery of his electric BMW that he waited a full 2 years for it. Maybe in that light, I'm lucky. Also, not sure where yours is coming too but mine was one of three Copper one's that showed up on their website for the first time today. I imagine that they're all three coming in around the same time.

Yes, I enjoyed the Portland ride and drive event, too! When we ordered our first (2011) Leaf, it left port on March 10, 2011, just one day before the massive tsunami spawning earthquake. Took delivery almost exactly two months later, in early May 2011. Our current vehicle is a VW ID.4 -- when we were waiting for it, there was one container ship headed over from Europe that had some kind of fire and it sunk, a complete loss of all the cargo, including a bunch of ID.4s and other EVs. Fortunately it was not the ship our vehicle was on! A friend of ours also ordered an ID.4, and they gave him the heads up that it arrived at the port, but then he was contacted again -- apparently there was an accident of some kind that damaged his vehicle, and he had to wait a few more weeks for one that matched his specs. So many obstacles between departure port and the relative safety of the dealership! As for dealership, I settled on one located in McMinnville, OR, since I'm SW of the metro area it's not that out of the way for me. I had mixed experiences when inquiring with closer in dealerships about committing to MSRP and all, and I also relied on my past experiences with specific dealerships that wanted to avoid! The Ariya reservation experience has taught me to practice my patience!

Tell him to throw in a set of free rugged rubber floor mats for the inconvenience they caused.
Are a lot of folks still waiting on their Ariya? Apparently, my Evolve+ Blue hasn't even been built yet. I see lots of colors other than blue showing up at dealers, and even my exact model/color at 3 NW dealers (delivery in late April, and the in-state on is now sold). It seems like very bad planning/customer-relations to not fill the reservations with deposits first. My opinion of Nissan is dropping to the point I'm getting sour on the car.

The Ocean Blue Pearl / grey interior Evolve+ has been sitting on Tustin Nissan’s lot for the past 2 weeks. How badly do you want it? These photos were taken on March 7th

I am also among the "still waiting" group. I reserved a copper Premiere FWD. Those have been appearing more frequently, but I'm inclined to wait so I can compare with the AWD. Fortunately we don't really need another car, but the Ariya is sort of a "nice to have" for us. I agree Nissan dropped the ball with reservationists by building/shipping seemingly everything except what we ordered.

Wow. That hurts even more :/ Be a fun road trip, but I don't have the time to do that right now. Maybe more will show up locally before too long.

No need for a road trip. Get a quote and see if they can do a drop ship to your hometown.
I just texted my sales guy, Jonathan. Yes, they still have this color combo in stock. (newer recent delivery).

I wonder if the vehicle could just hitch a ride with a car carrier on the way up, or if a dealer trade type of transaction would be another possibility.

I dont know how it would be done but a hired UHual guy (insured and licensed) can use a tow dolly and tow to NW easily.
Here in Bend, a Premier and an Evolve+ in the configuration I ordered have shown up on the dealer's website--complete with VINs--but not at the dealership. That means they are somewhere in the slow-moving Nissan pipeline and should be here sometime in April, as the salesperson I'm working with told me almost two weeks ago. I look at that as a positive as we are having snow showers and sloppy driving conditions as March exits--conditions I'd rather avoid with Ariya.

That great! Yes I'd rather take delivery on a nice dry day.

Oregon residents must have a sense of urgency now because the “Charge Ahead” EV rebate ($2500.00) has run out of funds as the program is now scheduled to sunset April 30. The good news is Nissan will still allow reservationists to transfer their $1240 reservation credit to another dealer that has an Ariya in stock (or has a delivery scheduled soon) that will work for you. However this late in the game you must call the Ariya hotline to make the arrangements with your newly selected dealer.

Yes, it's true they have run out of money for the State rebate. For those who purchase prior to April 30, they would still be able to apply for the rebate but may have to wait to actually receive it. They hope to be able to reinstate the rebate program next year, or earlier if funds become available again.

Interesting that your 2011 Leaf escaped Japan ahead of the Tsunami. Our 2011 Leaf wasn’t so lucky. Ours was on a dock near the Nissan mfg. facility in Yokosuka, zJapan waiting to load when the Tsunami devastated the Fukushima nuclear plant. Long story short the nuclear plant meltdown took place early March and since our Leaf was less than 200 miles away when the meltdown occurred it was held hostage for months until it could be tested for traces of radiation exposure. We finally we’re allowed to take delivery October 30, 2011. The upside to our experience is our Leaf has always been easy to spot in a parking lot because of the “glow” 😳

Oh wow I didn't think of that kind of delay! I suppose we could have a simulated glow with the Ariya by installing the exterior ground lighting package! 😆

Well, well. I just got a call from my dealer saying that it's on the ocean now, and due later in April. Hoping before 4/30 :)

Oh that's interesting! And I think we selected the same dealership (McMinnville?).
