Does anyone know if the personal assistants are still helping? I tried calling mine, but no answer.

I was able to email mine and got a response a few days ago.
I received an introductory email from mine today - one business day since I purchased my car. I also got the EVgo email within 24 hours. All very smooth.

I haven't contacted mine as I don't know which help that I need.

Going on 12 days since i picked up my car and no contact from personal assistant. EVgo didn't contact me so I contacted them a few day after pickup. Got the line that oh sorry, we sent your confirmation to another e-mail. I've seen that by several posters. I found out my 3rd trip to EVgo ended up with getting charged $29 as they said I cancel my free annual charging. That was yesterday and I have not heard back. Good to hear not everyone is having the same treatment.
After writing to my PA about getting perks from buying the Ariya, he said that the VR is for certain ppl only (duh!) and told me to confirm mailing address for the tumbler ...
I'm (not) patiently waiting for the tumbler :)
This is me buying as a walk-in. My EVgo email came 1 day after I took my car home. The PA email came 3 days after. I guess my salesman turned in paperwork promptly. I saved him lots of questions by not asking or already known about the process, except the charging. The rest is up to my personal experience, so still learning, chugging along.

Reflecting on my experience waiting on the car for a year and now driving it for 14 days:

1. NissanUSA has their head in a bag. The Ariya has so many nice features that they don't push. They really dropped the ball on the trims. Seems like Engage is not engaging..LOL and its too confusing when you compare all the trims. Knowing what I know now, I would have chose the Enpower over the Evolve (but it didn't exist when I reserved the car)

2. Nissan Dealers people from sales, repair staff and management do not know how to sell EVs. Didn't know about the 3 years of maintenance service. Would not discuss extended warranty on the car. I had to push on getting EVgo. Zero information on the home charging (didn't even know about discount on installation and Wallbox). As an EV owner, I have some knowledge. I imagine someone buying an EV for the first time will say no or spend lots of time in the car learning what the car can do.

3. Concern how software will get updated. I come from a place where change logs are included with software. This way you know what they were trying to fix and whether they were successful. As oppose to guessing what was in the update.

4. Can they support the Ariya? I hear in the media this is their flagship. What does that mean? I didn't buy a second Tesla as they have poor repairs with my M3. Nissan has plans for more EVs but will it be another 10 years before the next car/truck comes out? This was a roll of the dice which I accepted. Hope the Ariya is low maintenance like my M3.

I got the VR but no tumbler. Oh, also no PA.

To sum it up. Love the car not the company. That sound so much like my other EV. ;)

My personal assistant has been…less than helpful overall. They did send me the tumbler, after i asked for it, so there’s something. I called (no answer) and emailed about my weird battery reading, they took 3 days to get back to me, but were no help for that. I’m really not sure what they are there for?

I think the people who use to answer the Ariya's 800 number and chat line got a new title. Everyone's experience with contact Nissan/USA is just what you mentioned for the PAs. Today's customer service experience is not what it once was.

Pretty soon I think it'll be ChatGPT answering the phone... Not sure if that'll be worse or better though.

They're already doing it. You got bots answered all the time. Maybe with chatGPT it will say "I loved you more, leave your wife for me " often...:ROFLMAO:
Just received my Ariya Yeti with a personal postcard three days after contacting my personal assistant. It's been great owning my Evolve+ for almost two months. Thank you Nissan!

I think I talked to a different person than the assistant who emailed me, when I called a number my dealer gave me. The number might have been the reservations center though.
