After charging my Ariya last night I received a message saying Power Reduced and Service EV. Had anyone experienced this before? Batter was at 99%.

Please keep us updated. Perhaps it’s a bad 12V battery?
That is a possibility. My husband disconnected the negative post on the 12V for a few minutes, reconnected it and the alerts went away. He drove it down the street and all was well. Not sure if we will still take it to the dealership or not.

If you have an OBD-II dongle and CarScanner... that could check the error codes.

I'd probably bring it to a dealer since the car is so new. I doubt it is 12V... maybe software glitch (like the early ID.4s).
The 12V battery can be the cause of several issues. About a weeks ago, my backup camera froze then went black. I recalled just before it happened, I was using the infotainment for Apple CarPlay for video streaming for about an hour while charging the main battery, which could have lowered the 12V battery. However, after keeping the car idle for about 15 mins to recharge the 12V battery, the problem went away.
It seems to me that the 12V battery is not being charged if the vehicle is off while charging the main battery. If you happen to use the infortainment or anything that may lower the 12V battery, you may see some warnings/issues that may go away after some idle time to recharge the 12V.
I also charged my new Nissan Ariya Evolve yesterday, and this morning I got Power Reduced and Service EV messages. Our Nissan salesperson said to take it to the nearest Nissan dealership. I'm going to take it to the dealer this afternoon and will follow up.
