Reservation email links not working?

The direct links Nissan has been sending me regarding my Arya reservation haven't been working. If anyone else is having the same problem, here's the workaround I found:

First and most important, DELETE all cached files and cookies from your browser. If you just want to clear specific files and cookies, you can search for anything with nissan in the filename.

Login to Nissan owner's site by using the "Login" button here:

Go to the reservation page here (it's the page for making a reservation - it does NOT show your own reservation):

Click the "Menu" button at the top right corner of the page.

You my get a message that you aren't logged in. If you do, click the login button. It will probably automatically log you in.

Now you should see the actual "Menu" buttons for your account along the top of the page, including "Reservation," "Gallery," "Showcase," and "Insider."
