Specific tracking systems / information?

I have a Platinum+ reservation from Nov 2021. The northern Virginia dealer doesn't seem to tell me any more information when I ask than "we are expectiung your vehicle in June". What system(s) can I ask them to check to get more more information - like produced on this date, VIN, confirm what ship it's on, maybe copy of features/color sheet? I'd like to get some more certainty of delivery but this expect in June sounds too vague.

I would like more information too, what I was told yesterday was, will have better information in mid May.
