Stupid questions but, I still am waiting for my card and have been using EVGo fast charging using the EVgo app. Somehow I am still getting charged and it went through, not opposed to "pending". Can someone help explain to me the proper way to charge for free step by step please? Thank you

Did you get email from Nissan giving you free year?. Once you get email call EVGO and they will sync with your car Vin#. Then activate Autocharge from pump. Just plug in and pump recognizes car after 1st initial charge, any issues call them while you are standing at the pump. Good Luck

Yes. I looked through my EVGo app and saw that I have two plans activated. Pay as you go and Nissan Unlimited. I now canceled the Pay as you go. I hope this works. Thank you

Ok. The email from EVgo should be almost instantaneous like within 24hrs. This assumes that your dealership alerted EVGo on the day your Ariya was purchased.
So I guess I did not account for the 3 day Holiday as I got it just after Midnight. Oddly enough, it expires on February 14, 2024 even though I purxhased it on the 18th.
On another note, deleted my other plan so I don’t get charged. Thanks for the help all!

I emailed evgo and they said within 30 days even though I told them others got it within 24 hours. So will see.

I found a free charger by me but it's 25kw I'm here now and have been for the past hour. I need a faster free charge lol.

Unless you leave your car unattended at EVGO, dont bother to use anything less than 100 kW charger while waiting.

From 10% to 95%, it takes me about 45 mins. Luckily, it is at the hotel parking lot where I sit inside the lobby

Set your EVGO distance and Charge levels 50kW-350kW you like. If none show up and you need quick charge lower level back to 50kW and it will show you more. Always remember to check pump Charger outlet Power twice now I have seen 1% and switched to another pump. Another time it ran for 3min then said complete unplugged plugged back in ran for 4 min and said complete. I was at 68% moved to another pump everything went ok . It basically comes down to learn as you go and learn which pumps in your area work better. My OPINION only. Good Luck

I only have 50kW within 11 mile range so I just top off 1-2 times a week 60% so it takes 40-60 min at kW but I have found pump output even at 50kW seem to vary. It comes down to how you Value your time... Most my charging will be at home(Solar) if I tire of waiting. I contacted EVGO about adding more 350kW did not get straight answer except they are building fleet quick as possible.I will use since FREE for 1 YR but then only when I travel.
