1. Yes. It will come to a complete stop with adaptive cruise control.
2. No problem using it in stop and go traffic, with or without adaptive cruise control.
1. Yes. It will come to a complete stop with adaptive cruise control. If I understand correctly the car won't come to a full stop when the accelerator is released because the friction brake is not active during e pedal. Two questions:
1. If following another car using adaptive cruise control will the Ariya stop if the car in front of it stops.
2. Can e pedal be used in stop and go traffic or should e pedal not be used with adaptive cruise control.
I have eStep as my default setting. Once I use it, it’s difficult to drive without it in the Ariya. If I understand correctly the car won't come to a full stop when the accelerator is released because the friction brake is not active during e pedal. Two questions:

HAha. Speaking of fur, my sister’s dog brought in a dead decomposed rat into the house and she chewed on the raw bone(s). GROSS ! I was thinking of your “blue mouse fur dash” as I tried to pull the bone and fur away from the dog’s mouth. 😂Still wish it had the same level of E step/E pedal as the Leaf. Big mistake Nissan, bigger mistake than the blue mouse fur dash
How do you get the e-step to be the default?I have eStep as my default setting. Once I use it, it’s difficult to drive without it in the Ariya.
Go to settings, and under Driver Assistance the last option is E-Step. Turn retain to on and it will keep whatever setting you choose when you next power on the carMy 2023 Premier does not default to e-step. It must be turned on each time you start the car. It would be nice if it would stay on or off once it is activated or deactivated.
