Seeing if anyone has successfully loaded their app?

After I created a login it needed me to upload a picture of my insurance card for verification. It's been 2 days, feels like it should be quicker than this...

Hoping to find a max charge setting in the app so I can turn it down from 100%

I called the customer service and they validated immediately. The customer service executive said it will take 2 to 3 days after you upload the proofs online to validate.

Uk verification was instant . You cannot set an 80% charge in the app

Does the Nissan Connect App start as free Trial period and turn into PAID subscription , online it looks like 3yr free then pay but I could be wrong. Just wondering if I would still get Navigation or other stuff without APP? Or if it is really needed?

Not sure on the paid subscription !!! Don’t think many people would pay . Had the app ( old version) same stuff for over 4 years without payment.

It looks like NissanConnectApp on Nissan site is free to start .It says free for 3 years It has Navigation with streetview,satellite view, voice commands, emergency assist, Looks like basic App is free for 3 years. Then the App shows $11.99-$24.99 depending on version Standard,Premium,Premium+ all info on Nissan App. It is best to review then decide if my comments are correct. Just trying to relay info:

Looks like the start date is when I created my login. If I had know, I'd prob not done that as all the connected services + propilot 2 was also working..

In terms of pricing here's what it is post the free period:

I think propilot 2 for $120 / yr is a no brainer renewal

$10/month for the Pro Pilot 2.0 isn’t too bad assuming it does what it’s promised. Thats a reasonable price to stay updated and hopefully expand the roads it operates on.

Does anyone know if the Evolve+ versions can subscribe to upgrade their ProPilot 1.5 to 2.0?

versus $25 / month for supercruise not bad... but yes totally getting nickel-ed and dimed

when I spoke to NissanConnect this morning about my app, I asked how long is this free subscription? Was told free for 5 years.

Your dealership is suppose to help Ariya buyers connect to NissanConnect and MyNISSAN Apps. They got me connected to NissanConnect. After 5 attempts with Nissan techie & dealership rep, I still can’t use the MyNISSAN App. If I go to the Nissan website though, I can use the MyNISSAN portal so I”ll just do that-giving up On App. OBTW: I was told the logon for both these Apps are the same credentials(UN & PW), which is a mistake I was making. I had 2 different PWs. But I’m no farther along, still a 1 App user. Glad that 1 App is NissanConnect though.
