I noticed the reservation FAQ mentioning about final pricing, which is based on dealer’s final price. So, are we likely to be charged dealer mark-up when the car arrives?

In the Portland OR market I had my reservation at a dealer in Wilsonville. They advised me of a $4,995 "market adjustment". What a crock. I checked with another dealer in town and after talking with a sales manager they assured me my price would be MSRP. They went on to say that others, without reservations may be paying more.
