I found this dealer page which has the window sticker at the middle of the page. You should have a reservationist credit from your reservation number about $1200 to apply against the price.

I am going to take delivery tomorrow and the dealer told me the price is 49100, I think it is before 1200 discount.

I just left dealer with Nissan Ariya Venture+ on showroom floor. They have the NEW Internet Price of $47,190 that is for new buyers. Your Original (Reservation)Price should be $45,950 plus $1295 delivery fee. New estimate MSRP $47245 Minus $500 deposit $46745 (looks like he could be including tax and Registration). Make sure you get both discounts only other fees for MSRP is if there are more add ons. The Venture + I saw today only had price plus $1295 delivery fee. Congrats Good Luck. You don't need a 240V outlet immediately, since Nissan is offering 1-year free charging. I called an electrician today to install a 240V outlet his rough estimation is @1000

That's true, but I'm not sure if a whole bunch of fast charging is great for a new battery.
