Your electronic parking brake is on. Look at the bottom of your dashboard (next to the electronic glove box) to see where the switch is at.

Check your MyNISSAN app. Apparently, you set the charging schedule?

For my premiere, when I pulled that P latch, it showed PARK on the dashboard where that icon P above.. I guess diff trims have diff notations.
